Negotiating and signing contracts, agreements, and memoranda of understanding for the projects.

Procuring and supplying the necessary materials, equipment, and services for the projects.

Engaging in project construction and management services, such as planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of the projects.

Ensuring that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the desired quality and outcomes.

Ensuring that the projects comply with the legal, regulatory, and ethical standards and requirements of both the foreign and local entities.

Ensuring that the projects contribute to the economic, social, and environmental development and sustainability of Sri Lanka.
